All unaccepted garments are donated to our charitable partners, UNLESS the consignor requests and pays for Return Service. In order to receive your unnaccepted items back, you must elect return service at the time you order the bag.
Please note that all items must be free of stains and/or damage.
Bagsy accepts less than half of the inventory received due to stains, so please inspect before sending!
