Bagsy, LLC does not guarantee that the information contained on this website is current, complete, or without errors. You rely on the material on this website at your own risk.  Although we try our best to display items and colors as accurately as possible, Bagsy, LLC cannot guarantee that your screened device will accurately display the colors of the products. 

Bagsy, LLC does not accept all items for consignment. If you do not see your brand, please email us to see if we will take a look at it. Clothes deemed unacceptable for consignment or that do not sell during the allotted consignment time will be removed from the site and donated. Return service only applies to items not accepted for sale. Return Service does not apply to items that do not sell during the consignment period.

All consignment earnings are available for cash out as soon as payment settles. Funds are available for cash out via PayPal or to Bagsy Reward Points. All funds unclaimed after 12 months may be automatically converted to Reward Points for shopping the Bagsy site. All reward points expire 12 months from date of last points deposit.

Bagsy, LLC does not accept returns of purchased items at this time.  We make every effort to describe each item in as detailed a manner as possible with regard to size, color and fabric.  If you have a question about a specific item before purchase, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to provide you with a thorough answer, but we are unable to provide measurements for specific items. 

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  All sales are final.   Customer account balances due can be accessed via paypal.
